Subway food is subway food. But this location had a dirty bathroom that had no toilet paper. When I asked for some I was handed a stack of napkins. Klassy with a k. Only one girl working. Very nice but inefficient, and this is a relatively busy location.

I'm a huge subway fan! Where else can you get a huge mother sub for $5! But I do like this location cause I like the people who work behind the counter more then other locations. And when I say extra jalapenos, they know I mean extra! And sometimes, the nice guy gives me a free cooking just to be sweet!

Don't bother coming here, the service is horrible. The staff is unfriendly and the ingredients were stale. This place will not last in this location. Hopefully some new restaurant takes over this location!

THE WORSE SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Just like mostly everyone i've been a subway loyal costumer since a lifetime but today the story change. I was brutally attended by this employee by the name of "Clauda" store #36114-0 At 7415 collins ave. Clauda seemed to be having a bad day because as soon as i steped inside the busisness she acknowled me and gave me a very unfriendly face. As soon as went to order my two sandwich she spoke to me in spanish yet "she did not speak spanish". I tend to add parsley (cilantro) to my sandwiches she brutally yelled at me infront of 4 customers that shes been workind for subway for years and SUBWAY NEVER USES CILANTRO!(Lie) i Saw how mad shes been acting and i was hungry so i choose not to complaint but two others customers agree that subways does have parsley. Then when i went to pay and i tried to used a clip coupon that is buy one get one free but CLAUDA then got super furious infront of everyone and said... "in this store we dont accept those coupons and now i dont feel like serving you" :o she rudely (yelling at me) took the two of my sandwiches and threw it away! I (speachless and very hungry) asked to please give me back my subs that i was starving and i had money to pay. She (screaming) rejected my money and said no i dont care i dont feel like serving you just that simple. I begged her for my subs and then when two others customers got involved telling her that her service was horrible and that was very unfair her manners and what she was doing she then (ashamed) agree to sell me my order. I was embarrased, and BEYOND HUMILLIATED (with no reason) I CANT BELIEVE A HUMAN BEIGN COULD HAVE TREATED ME SO DESPECTIVE, RUDE AND CARELESS just because. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE FRANCHISE AND SUBWAY HEADQUATERS BECAUSE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS INCREDIBLE. I People like "clauda" are the ones to make a place go out of busisness and law suit for humans right. IT IS INDEED UNACEPTABLE. P.S: Seems like im not alone because the reviews DONT LIE!

I'm only giving one star because I have to. This place sucks and the food is stale, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude!! Please, just go to burgers and shakes next door and save yourself time and money.

I don't know where to start. I walked in and this spanish guy with cornrows was my sandwich artist. He did not seem like he wanted to work that day. I asked for a vegetarian sub and he threw some tuna on my sandwich. I let him know that I only wanted vegetables. He had the nerve to tell me I ask for a tuna sandwich. Seriously, your going to argue with me about a sandwich. He seemed annoyed and removed the tuna off my sandwich. Next time just throw the whole sandwich away, dude. I don't want tuna residue on my sandwich. The guy seemed bothered for no logical reason. I didn't want his negative energy or that tuna residue on my sandwich so I walked out.

First off, the AC in this place is never on, on Miami Beach thats kind of a necessity -but makes me question the freshness of everything. The survice is awful, no one seems to want to work or there's a small child running around behind the assembly table. The worst part of visiting this subway is how terribly stingy they are. Today I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and maybe got some ground up chicken and when I asked for spinach I got two leaves, ridicuous. I will be walking the extra three blocks to the subway on 71st street, and I suggest you do too!
